25-Year Limited Lifetime Residential Warranty

This SPC flooring is warranted for 25 years under normal residential use. The warranty covers the structural integrity of the flooring, ensuring that it will not delaminate, warp, crack or wear down to the underlying surface. The following conditions apply:

• Flooring must be installed and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines.
• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
• Any defects or damage caused by improper installation, accidents or misuse are not covered.
• Natural variations in color or texture are not considered defects.
• Complaints must be made in writing and defective boards must be inspected prior to installation.
• Damage caused by natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes, hurricanes) or extreme environmental conditions (e.g., hydrostatic pressure, excessive humidity, or extreme temperatures) is not covered.
• Normal wear and tear, including reduced gloss, superficial scratches and minor scuffs caused by daily use, are not covered.
• Damage caused by improper maintenance practices (e.g. excessive use of water, abrasive cleaning products) is excluded.
• Any alteration to the flooring product (e.g. cutting, sanding) will void the warranty.

10-Year Limited Commercial Warranty

For commercial applications, this SPC flooring is warranted for 10 years under normal use in light to medium traffic areas. The warranty ensures that the flooring will not wear down to the core material or suffer from structural defects such as delamination or warping. The following conditions apply:

• Flooring must be installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
• This warranty does not cover damage caused by heavy traffic, stickers, or improper maintenance.
• Reduction in gloss, superficial scratches and accidental wear in high traffic areas are not covered.
• Claims must be made within the warranty period and include documentation of proper installation and maintenance.
• Damage caused by natural disasters (e.g. floods, earthquakes) or extreme environmental conditions (e.g. excessive humidity or temperature changes) is excluded.
• Any damage caused by placing heavy objects (e.g. kitchen islands) on floating floors or using the floor in non-recommended areas (e.g. saunas, pool areas) is not covered.
• Damage caused by insect infestation after delivery is excluded from this warranty.

General Warranty Conditions (Applicable to Residential and Commercial Warranties)

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.

• It is the responsibility of the installer or homeowner to inspect all boards prior to installation. Defective boards installed will not be covered by this warranty.
• Liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products only; labor costs or consequential damages (e.g., secondary property damage) are not covered.
• Claims for defects or performance problems must be made directly to the original point of purchase and must include proof of purchase and documentation of proper installation and maintenance.

The average gap between plates with edge locking system is ≤0.15mm.

The average height difference between plates with edge locking system is ≤0.10mm

The floor has extremely high impact protection, the floor has been tested with a hammer test by taking a hammer and hitting the floor with different forces and speeds, it will take a lot of force to start seeing any damage to the floor. For normal use and normal high impacts the floor will not show any damage.

The average locking strength is ≥1.5 kN/m.

The floor was tested with a swivel chair weighing a total of 90 kg, moving 25,000 times without showing any signs of damage.

Radiant heating systems must have a minimum separation of 1/2” (12.70 mm) from the product. Maximum operating temperature should never exceed 85ºF (30ºC). It is recommended to use a floor temperature sensor to prevent overheating.

The flooring can be used in both residential and commercial installations.

The floor was tested for 6 consecutive hours at a constant temperature of 80ºC and showed minimal signs of expansion, so the product is safe to use in a normal environment with temperatures up to 50ºC.

The floor has high quality UV protection and will not change color due to normal exposure to sunlight/UV rays.

The floor was tested for 24 hours completely submerged in water and showed no signs of damage or expansion.
