Refund policy
At Jatoba Trading cc, we are committed to providing quality products and ensuring that your order is fulfilled accurately. Our return and refund policy is aligned with the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa.
1. General Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy only in cases where an incorrect, defective, or damaged product has been supplied.
Please note:

Correctly supplied products, including special orders or products sourced specifically for a client, are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Unworn or unused, with tags

In its original packaging

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact us via email at support@jatoba.co.za If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
2. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

You receive the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
3. Non-returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on the following:

Correctly supplied products (including all special orders and client-specific items)

4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (if eligible), we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@jatoba.co.za
5. Additional Terms

Delivery costs incurred by Jatoba Trading cc for returns will not be refunded.

A collection fee may apply if multiple failed attempts are made to collect the returned product.

If a return is not approved after assessment, a delivery fee may apply to send the product back to you.

If a return is initiated due to incorrect product selection by the customer, you will be responsible for both the return shipping costs and the delivery fees for any replacement order.
