Super 5 Electrode E6013

Super 5 E6103 mild steel welding electrodes are high quality rutile coated general purpose electrodes for welding in all positions. SUPER 5 E6013 has low spatter and smoke, excellent initial attack and reattack. Slag is easily detached from fillet and butt welds, in most cases it is self-lifting. Weld appearance is excellent. E6013 mild steel electrodes produce very smooth and flat weld deposits, which provides good wetting and surface penetration for thin sheet metal applications when using smaller diameter electrodes. With sufficient penetration also for welding medium gauge steel, E6013 electrodes are a multi-purpose electrode that provides a smooth, steady arc that is easily regenerated, easy slag control for vertical down welding, low spatter and a beautiful bead appearance. E6013 electrodes can be used in any position with AC or DC polarity, forward or reverse.
