SA Direct.
Your access to the best prices in South Africa.
What is SA Direct?
SA Direct is a specialised service created through a partnership between Jatoba Trading (Johannesburg, South Africa) and AEC (Matola, Mozambique) to give Mozambican customers access to South Africa’s lower prices, wider product range, and hassle-free delivery — without dealing with complex transport, customs, or foreign currency issues.
How does it work?
1. Choose and buy your product
You have several ways to order:
- Option A: Buy online from any South African store and have it delivered to our office:
Jatoba Trading
Bedford Centre Office Towers
14th Floor, Suite 1405B
Corner Smith & Bradford Road
Bedfordview, Gauteng, South Africa
- Option B: Send us the invoice showing the product has been paid for, and we will collect it for you.
- Option C: Send us the product details and pay Jatoba Trading to purchase it on your behalf.
- Option D: If you don’t have foreign currency, pay AEC in Mozambique in Meticais, and we will place the order using our foreign currency.
2. Inspection and quotation
Once the product arrives at our office, we confirm its size, weight, and other details.
We then calculate the cost for:
- Transport to Mozambique
- Customs duties
- Handling charges
3. Customer approval
We send you the quotation for approval before shipping.
Note: We can provide an estimated cost before receiving the goods based on the dimensions, weight, and declared value provided. If the actual details differ once we receive the goods, we will send you an adjusted quotation for your approval.
4. Delivery in Mozambique
You can choose to:
- Collect at AEC in Matola:
AEC – Auto Equipamentos e Consumíveis
Av. De Namaacha, Parcela 728, Talho 6
Matola Lingamo, Maputo, Mozambique
- Receive delivery at your home or business within Matola or Maputo City (at an extra cost).
5. Receive and enjoy
Once the final payment is confirmed, we deliver according to your chosen option.
