StainArc E310 Electrode

Pinnacle Stainarc 312 stainless steel welding rods are rutile coated welding electrodes used for welding problem steel. The weld deposit is an austenitic chromium-nickel alloy. The welding electrodes are an excellent choice for welding stainless steel to problem steel, mild steel to low alloy steel, high alloy steel, manganese steel and high chromium weld metals. It is machinable and scale resistant up to 1000 degrees Celsius. It has stable arc, smooth and finely corrugated seams, very easy slag removal, simple to weld in DC and AC. It is suitable for buffer layer before hard surfacing of dredge teeth, crusher jaws, crusher cones, beater arms, knives and dies in plastic processing industry, hot cutting plates, hot cutting knives, hot stamps and punches.
