Specifications
Main unit structure:
- Hook: for hanging the detector during detection.
- Operation indicator: indicates when the detector is operational.
- Power switch: powers the detector.
- Smoke outlet pipe: connects to the detection port.
- Power Clamp: Connects to vehicle battery (DC12V).
How to perform the leak test:
- Fill 20ml of baby oil: For initial use, fill the detector with 20ml of baby oil.
- Disconnect the tube: Disconnect the tube to be tested and connect it to the detector.
- Power on: Connect the detector to a DC12V battery and turn on the power switch.
- Smoke outlet: Within 30 seconds, the tube will be filled with smoke for leak detection.
Careful:
- Initial Oil Fill: Fill with 20ml of oil for first use, being careful not to exceed this range.
- Test liquid: liquid paraffin and baby oil are suitable.
- Oil refill: Refill with new oil when the smoke becomes thin, not exceeding 20 ml at a time.
- Maintenance: Regularly replace the detector oil and avoid smoke-sensitive parts during detection.
- Operating Limit: Do not operate the detector continuously for more than 8 minutes; it requires interval rest.
- Smart Protector: The detector will automatically turn off if it exceeds the working limit, such as over 75℃.
- Safety precautions: Be careful with the detector temperature and secure the pipes with a rubber stopper if disconnected.
