Specifications

• Power source: 12V car batteries
• Oil Compatibility: Suitable for use with liquid paraffin and baby oil
• Oil capacity: initial filling 20ml; subsequent fillings should not exceed 20ml at a time
• Operating time limit: Do not run the detector continuously for more than 8 minutes; allow a rest interval to prevent overheating

Safety precautions:

• Keep away from smoke-sensitive parts during leak detection.
  
• Avoid burns on the round part of the detector, which may become hot during operation.
  
• Protect disconnected test tubes with rubber stoppers to prevent leaks.

Tips:

• When using this Bentool SDT101 car smoke leak detector for the first time, please fill it with 10-15ml of oil. Be careful NOT to exceed this range.
  
• This fog machine does not have a built-in air pump. It needs to connect an extra air compressor.
  
• The test liquid: both liquid paraffin and baby oil are OK.
  
• New oil can be filled only when the smoke becomes thin, and no more than 15ml can be filled at a time.
  
• Before filling new oil, pour out the remaining oil in the detector and replace the detector oil regularly.
  
• During the leak detection process, stay away from smoke-sensitive parts.
  
• Do not let the detector run for more than 8 minutes continuously. It needs to rest in between.
  
• The detector has an intelligent protector, if it exceeds the working limit, such as over 75℃, it will automatically cut off the power. In this case, please operate it later.
  
• The round part of this detector is hot, be careful to avoid burns.
